Please note:

We are pleased to accept reservations made online at anytime. However, please be advised that we are unable to guarantee a reservation or confirm an appointment until payment is received. Kindly advise us if you wish to pay in advance and we shall be happy to send you payment details and the procedure for remitting funds and offer you a 10% discount on your treatment!

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- To enjoy this discount and in order to confirm your booking, payment should be made via PayPal at least 5 working days prior to the date of your appointment. Kindly be advised, therefore, that we are unable to offer the discount or guarantee and confirm a reservation until payment is received.

Please advise us of your preferred treatment or package and appointment time and we shall send you the procedure for remitting funds. Should you wish to confirm a time, but discuss and decide upon a treatment package once you arrive at the spa, our spa receptionists will be happy to advise and help you to select an appropriate treatment.

- In order to enjoy the discount, appointments should be made for between 9am – 4pm - Once payment has been received, cancellation is no longer permitted.

We are happy to assist you in choosing treatments and packages from the selection of current promotions and to guide you in detail through the menu of discounted treatment packages.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused if your preferred appointment date falls during the seasons when discount promotions are not valid.

Seasons Schedule:

Peak Season rates are applicable from 1st November to 31st May.

Please be advised that discount promotions, unless otherwise specified, are not valid during Peak and High Peak Season.

High Peak Season rates are applicable from 20th December to 15th January inclusive and, additionally, during the weeks of Chinese Lunar New Year, Valentine’s Day, Holy Week, Japan/Korea/China Golden Week and Hallowe’en.
