"Tirta" is the Hindu word for "Holy Water".

The gates open to reveal a sacred paradise enveloping the spiritual healing powers of water and a private path that will take you on the road to relaxation, rejuvenation, restoration and renewal.

I am delighted to announce that on the 8th of April 2008, we shall have our celebration of the first year anniversary of the opening of Tirta Spa, here on Boracay Island, Philippines.

Happily, even with only minimal marketing, word-of-mouth has proved itself to be a successful way of "spreading the word." I have been flattered in the extreme by the wide variety of clients who have visited me, some not only once or twice but on many occasions and by their praise for all aspects of my spa, from the landscaping and architecture to the treatment itself, all combining to create the ultimate holistic experience!

The journey thus far has been an amazing experience, filled with confidence after a successful first year and excitement looking forward.

To those of you who have yet to visit me, it is with pleasure that I invite you to rest and rejuvenate your weary souls and share something of what I have created here on Boracay Island.

To those of you who have already experienced Tirta Spa, thank you. Thank you for being courageous enough to come and discover something new, thank you for all your many encouraging words and thank you for taking time to share your experiences with your family, friends and business associates around the world. It makes me happy and proud that so many of you have enjoyed the dedication and love proffered by all of us at Tirta Spa – Salamat po!
