To enjoy any current promotional discounts, we strongly recommend booking your spa treatments, either by calling Tirta Spa directly, or by visiting us in person, before 8:30pm – ( In order for us to avoid paying unnecessary commissions to "tour guides" and some of the “front desk officers” of some resorts with whom I have yet to established a mutually beneficial relationship, we should like to encourage you to kindly make your bookings and direct your enquiries to Tirta Spa personally. In this way we shall continue to be able to offer savings to you, the client, in the form of our promotional discounts, rather than having to fund unnecessary expenses such as these commissions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once payment has been received, we shall confirm your appointment immediately, after which cancellation is no longer permitted. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours notice and your understanding that rescheduling of an appointment is subject to availability.
